What You’ll Do
- Research and confirm hotel ownership using tools like CoStar, LexisNexis, and ClientLook
- Update CRM systems with accurate property and contact data
- Conduct outbound calls to hotels and ownership groups to verify or collect missing information
- Support marketing efforts by creating simple graphics, social media posts, and email materials
- Partner with the marketing and brokerage teams to ensure accuracy and consistency across client outreach and investor communications
What You Bring
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and confidence making cold calls
- Experience with Excel and CRM platforms
- Familiarity with CoStar or LexisNexis (preferred)
- Basic graphic design skills using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Interest in real estate or hospitality industries (bonus)
