Location: *This is a work from home position. Our client is only seeking Collections Representatives within 100 miles of Chicago, IL or South Jordan, UT or must reside in IA, MO, WI, or WY.
Our client is currently searching for experienced collections represenatives!
What youll do as a Collections Representative:
- Efficiently manage both incoming and outgoing calls to address customers with overdue loan payments
- Work with customers on setting up payment arrangements, completing payment transactions, and other collection related issues
- Maintain effective communication with customers, explaining the consequences of overdue payments and providing assistance in resolving financial issues.
