Schedule

  • Full-time, 40 hours per week
  • Remote eligible across the US (Phoenix, AZ base office)

Responsibilities

  • Review financial statements and credit reports to assess client eligibility
  • Handle inbound calls and applications generated from company marketing (no cold calling)
  • Build consultative relationships with clients by understanding their financial needs
  • Present tailored solutions, including enrollment into ClearOne’s program
  • Provide accurate financial analyses and answer client questions clearly
  • Maintain strong client relationships throughout the debt resolution process
  • Execute account updates and enrollment details using company systems
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets while supporting customers with empathy and professionalism

Requirements

  • 3+ years of continuous sales experience (phone/inside sales preferred)
  • Commissioned sales track record with proven success meeting/exceeding quotas
  • Lending or financial sales experience a plus (not required)
  • Strong persuasive communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Goal-driven, competitive, and motivated by results
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required

Compensation & Benefits

  • $42,000+ base salary
  • Uncapped monthly commissions (top producers earn six figures annually)
