The Role:
A successful Dental Answering Service team member Pays Fanatical Attention to the details and Goes Above and Beyond toward the dedication of our culture and team. Being Growth Oriented in a remote position means being dedicated, setting goals and accurately completing tasks daily.
The Role Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from patients who are calling local dental practices across the US
- Demonstrate empathy while answering patient questions and concerns
- Offer the importance of scheduling and attending their appointment
- Scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling patient appointments for dental practices across the US
- Represent dental offices in a friendly and professional manner
- Learn and navigate multiple software systems
- Offer a positive mindset with team members, patients, and customers
- Be dependable, on time, and dedicated to patients and other team members needs
Qualifications:
- Customer service experience required
- Inbound call center experience required
- Dental office experience is a plus
- Energy and empathy
- Accuracy and organization
- Typing skills of 55+ WPM
- Ability to work well with others
- High level of integrity
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to secure confidential information and comply with HIPAA
