Responsibilities
- Communicate with borrowers via digital channels to resolve delinquent accounts
- Identify payment solutions to bring loans current
- Process payments for past-due accounts
- Maintain records of all borrower interactions and payments collected
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly collection goals
- Collaborate with the team to ensure positive borrower outcomes
Requirements
- 1–2 years’ experience in credit and collections
- Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Excellent written communication skills
- Prior financial product experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and team-focused
- Professional demeanor
- Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred
Compensation
- $16–$18/hour DOE plus bonus opportunities
