Shift options: Monday to Friday, 11:00am to 7:30pm Central Time or 2:30pm to 11:00pm Central Time
One Saturday or Sunday every 4th week
What You’ll Do
⦁ Make outbound calls to prospective customers who requested info (no cold calling)
⦁ Listen for needs, handle concerns, and guide customers to the right solution
⦁ Communicate pricing clearly and collect the initial lease payment
⦁ Upsell additional products that match the customer’s situation
⦁ Follow up quickly and consistently to close the loop and drive conversions
⦁ Keep notes clean, accurate, and timely while working across systems
What You Need
⦁ 1+ year of inbound sales experience or commission-based retail sales
⦁ Motivation to hit goals and earn commission (you do not get paid like a passenger here)
⦁ Strong listening skills and the ability to match solutions to customer needs
⦁ Problem-solving mindset and comfort thinking on your feet
⦁ Attention to detail and strong follow-through
⦁ Comfort using Microsoft Office
⦁ Typing speed of at least 30 WPM
⦁ Must reside in the United States
⦁ Remote work experience is a plus, not a requirement
⦁ High school diploma or GED preferred
