Schedule

  • Full-time, remote (U.S. based)

What You’ll Do

  • Answer inbound calls, secure messages, and digital communications from bank clients
  • Support digital bank customers with onboarding, account maintenance, and problem resolution
  • Troubleshoot and resolve client issues using multiple systems and tools
  • Monitor and approve digital bank applications based on structured onboarding procedures
  • Participate in testing, data validation, and verification of new code and system enhancements
  • Document interactions accurately and ensure compliance with policies and regulations
  • Engage in continuous learning, training, and professional development
  • Collaborate with teammates in feedback and coaching sessions to improve performance

What You Need

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in the financial industry
  • Call center experience OR prior customer service role in a bank/credit union (e.g., Teller)
  • Strong computer literacy with diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and work flexible hours
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
