Ten is looking for passionate, motivated and resourceful individuals to join our team. As a Dining & Nightlife Specialist, no two days are ever the same. You will genuinely enjoy sharing your in-depth knowledge of restaurants and passion for food with our members. You will use your expertise to help our members to select and make the best possible bookings to suit their specifications and meet their deadlines, whilst growing knowledge within you team and across the company as a whole. You will use your research and communication skills to provide personalized solutions to our international members request within specified time frames.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- Business level fluency in English
- Excellent written, reading and spoken Japanese
- A passion for restaurants is a must and someone who enjoys and is excited about food
- Varied knowledge of different cuisines worldwide will be an advantage
- Energetic and motivated team players who enjoy the challenge of meeting and beating targets
- People who are passionate about delivering high-quality personalized support and have excellent research skills
- People who can use their initiative and creativity to best meet the needs of our members
- Ability to build and maintain good relationships with partner restaurants and clubs
- Experience in the high-end and luxury customer service, international dining or hospitality industry would be an added advantage
- Commitment to supporting the delivery of Ten’s environmental, social, and governance goals, and promoting policy adherence
This position is a 40-hour work week with day/evening shifts, Monday to Sunday.
