Schedule
- Full-time, remote (U.S. based)
- Standard business hours with flexibility to meet deadlines
What You’ll Do
- Intake new cases, review and verify referral details, and draft cases in Dane Street’s AccessDS system
- Communicate with clients regarding missing or incomplete information to ensure smooth case processing
- Sort, organize, and create medical document listings in line with client requirements
- Monitor, track, and process cases to ensure deadlines are met
- Assign and schedule new cases to physicians based on guidelines, jurisdiction, availability, and conflict checks
- Provide frequent client updates and respond to case-related questions with accurate documentation
What You Need
- Associate’s degree preferred
- Business or customer service experience in healthcare and/or insurance strongly preferred
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to work cross-functionally
- Excellent critical thinking, time management, and deadline-driven skills
- Computer literacy and fast, accurate typing skills
Compensation & Benefits
- $15.00 – $21.00 per hour, based on experience
