Schedule

  • Temporary, full-time (remote within the U.S.)
  • 12 weeks paid, mandatory training may apply on certain programs (100% attendance required)
  • Contact center coverage includes weekdays and weekends; schedule adherence required

What You’ll Do

  • Answer high-volume inbound calls with empathy; place outbound calls for information gathering
  • Document each interaction accurately in the system and update customer records
  • Provide clear guidance while following program protocols and knowledge articles
  • Escalate urgent or complex cases appropriately and complete follow-ups as needed
  • Use performance data to improve call quality, efficiency, and resolution rates

What You Need

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Prior call center or customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal/written communication and active listening skills
  • Confident navigating multiple web-based systems, tabs, and search tools
  • Ability to pass background check, drug screen, pre-employment testing, and internet speed test
  • Ability to obtain and maintain required clearance level
  • Dedicated, quiet workspace at home
  • Hard-wired high-speed internet (fiber/DSL/cable); program minimums apply; no hotspots, satellite, or Wi-Fi-only connections
