Schedule
- Full-time, remote role within the United States
- Flexible PTO plus paid holidays

Responsibilities
- Guide new customers as they onboard and begin using our platform
- Make 70+ outbound dials per day or maintain 5+ hours of talk time to drive engagement
- Listen to customer needs, handle objections, and resell product value
- Provide coaching on product basics and outline clear next steps
- Identify and escalate high-risk accounts as needed
- Prioritize workflow and call lists with accuracy and speed
- Communicate customer feedback to internal teams
- Adapt quickly to product updates and evolving technology
Requirements
- 1+ years in a client-facing onboarding or support role
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s preferred)
- 6+ months outbound sales or prospecting experience (a plus)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, adaptable, and eager to learn

Compensation & Benefits
- Pay range: $26.65–$28.21/hour (includes base + performance bonus)
