Schedule

  • Full-time, remote (hourly, non-exempt)
  • Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM EST
  • EST time zone coverage required

What You’ll Do

  • Manage client preferences and communicate them to your internal team
  • Schedule jobs/services, handle reschedules and cancellations, and meet client deadlines
  • Triage Zendesk requests and route them to the right team or account manager
  • De-escalate difficult client situations, escalating when appropriate
  • Work with your manager to obtain service agreements for assigned accounts
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure all client needs are met
  • Support admin tasks like exhibits and pre-deposition needs as required

What You Need

  • 1+ year of admin, coordination, or operations assistant experience
  • Comfort learning new systems quickly and working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong tech proficiency (Google Workspace and Slack preferred)
  • Strong time management and ability to prioritize competing tasks
  • Detail-driven process discipline and ability to move fast without mistakes
  • High integrity and confidentiality handling (legal environment)
  • Strong verbal and written communication + active listening
  • Comfort with ambiguity while staying organized
  • Court reporting agency experience is a strong plus
