- Contract role
- Fully remote (US-based only)
- $22–$27 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)
What You’ll Do
- Prepare and submit EDI and ERA applications via clearinghouses and payer portals
- Manage Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) setups with payers
- Investigate and resolve provider enrollment denials and errors
- Review payer correspondence and take appropriate action
- Collaborate with Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and Strategy & Operations teams
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date enrollment records in internal tools
- Ensure HIPAA compliance in all enrollment workflows
- Meet performance goals and KPIs for speed and quality
What You Need
- 2+ years of experience in revenue cycle management or healthcare billing
- Experience with EDI enrollments (Change Healthcare experience a plus)
- Strong problem-solving and investigative mindset
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and workflows efficiently
- Positive, collaborative attitude across teams and departments
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
