Schedule
- Full-time, Monday–Friday, no weekends
- Training: 8:00am–4:30pm PT
- Production: 8:00am–4:30pm PT
- 100% remote, must reside in the U.S.
What You’ll Do
- Upload and process electronic claims, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Conduct claims analysis to spot trends and resolve discrepancies
- Research and resolve billing issues related to Tax IDs, NPIs, and vendor information
- Collaborate with internal teams and providers to troubleshoot claims issues
- Support testing of new claims requirements and workflows
- Maintain updated documentation and efficient procedures for claims processing
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- 2+ years of related work experience in claims or health insurance
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
Preferred Experience
- Maintaining member files
- Direct claims processing knowledge
- Health insurance industry background
