Schedule

  • Full-time, Monday–Friday, no weekends
  • Training: 8:00am–4:30pm PT
  • Production: 8:00am–4:30pm PT
  • 100% remote, must reside in the U.S.

What You’ll Do

  • Upload and process electronic claims, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Conduct claims analysis to spot trends and resolve discrepancies
  • Research and resolve billing issues related to Tax IDs, NPIs, and vendor information
  • Collaborate with internal teams and providers to troubleshoot claims issues
  • Support testing of new claims requirements and workflows
  • Maintain updated documentation and efficient procedures for claims processing

What You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • 2+ years of related work experience in claims or health insurance
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities

Preferred Experience

  • Maintaining member files
  • Direct claims processing knowledge
  • Health insurance industry background
