Job Description
Remote Call Center Rep/Eligibility Support Specialist
Are you looking for a work from home call center position? Manpower has numerous full-time openings for Eligibility Specialists for the state of Texas. As an Eligibility Specialist, you will provide customer service regarding Texas Health & Social Service Programs, including Medicaid, SNAP, and CHIP. Equipment provided.
Must reside within 70 miles of Athens, TX. On site training in Athens, TX is required.

What’s in it for you?

- Pay Increases to $1.00 after on the job training is completed.

What you will be doing?
- Track and document all inquiries using the applicable systems.
- Complete associated tasks according to the established guidelines.

- Meet QA and other key performance metrics.
- Facilitate the fulfillment of caller requests for materials.
- Refer consumers to appropriate entities according to the established guidelines.
- Escalate issues to the appropriate staff as needed.
- Facilitate translation services for non-English speaking callers according to procedures.
- Attend meetings and training’s as requested and maintain up-to-date knowledge of all programs and systems.
What you bring to the job?
- Must be able to work for 1st week in the office for training.
- Availability to work shifts between 7:00 AM and 5:30 PM (MST)
- High School /GED
- Internet Access: Minimum of 20 Mbps download & 5 Mbps upload
- Ability to type efficiently
- Continuously demonstrate a high sense of urgency, and perform under pressure
- Excellent Attendance (no time off during training)
- Proficient in use of Teams
- Basic computer aptitude in Windows
- Ability to handle 100+ calls a day, repetitive calls
- Bilingual candidates must pass an assessment
