Schedule
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Fully remote, with flexibility to work from anywhere
- Ideal for candidates based in Miami, FL or London, UK, but open globally
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute data-driven email marketing campaigns that enhance brand engagement and conversions
- Write compelling copy for email sequences, newsletters, and high-converting drip campaigns
- Manage and optimize templates for UX and mobile responsiveness
- Analyze metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions) and continuously improve performance through A/B testing
- Collaborate with product, sales, and creative teams to ensure cohesive messaging
- Troubleshoot deliverability and tracking issues to maintain high deliverability rates
- Segment and grow subscriber lists using advanced targeting and automation strategies
- Stay current on email marketing trends, best practices, and emerging tools
What You Need
- 2–3 years of experience in email marketing or copywriting
- Proficiency with ActiveCampaign or similar email automation platforms
- Experience with high-ticket funnel marketing and conversion optimization
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
- Analytical mindset with familiarity using Google Analytics and campaign tracking tools
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field (preferred)
