What You’ll Do
• Execute phone-based outreach strategies to improve member retention and engagement
• Build trust through regular, empathetic member communication
• Implement tailored engagement plans to increase participation in benefits and wellness initiatives
• Gather feedback, identify pain points, and surface opportunities to improve services and care delivery
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Clinical teams to align engagement efforts with company goals
• Serve as the first point of contact for member questions or concerns, resolving issues with speed and empathy
• Manage outreach schedules and document member interactions accurately in a CRM or database
What You Need
• Native-level English fluency with exceptional verbal and written communication skills and a neutral professional accent
• Strong ability to build rapport quickly over the phone and handle sensitive conversations with patience and professionalism
• Problem-solving mindset with a positive, can-do approach
• Strong organizational skills and comfort managing outreach schedules and CRM documentation
• Healthcare experience not required (training provided)
