Our evidence-based, technology-driven platform delivers personalized virtual care during pregnancy, NICU stays, and the first postpartum year. We measure success by reducing preterm births, c-sections, NICU admissions, and maternal mortality.
Schedule
- Full-time, remote role in the US.
- Monday–Friday, 10am–6:30pm CT.
- Occasional overtime hours as needed.
What You’ll Do
- Make high-volume outbound calls to enroll patients into Pomelo Care services.
- Educate patients about available clinical and social resources.
- Document outreach activities accurately and on time.
- Collaborate with providers and community organizations to support families.
- Schedule appointments and manage follow-up care.
- Handle inbound calls from prospective patients.
What You Need
- Strong, empathetic verbal communication skills.
- 1+ year of customer service or outreach enrollment experience preferred.
- Motivated by goals, metrics, and bonus opportunities.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable working remotely with reliable internet access.
- Familiarity with Medicaid health plans a plus.
- Startup or high-volume call environment experience a plus.
