Our evidence-based, technology-driven platform delivers personalized virtual care during pregnancy, NICU stays, and the first postpartum year. We measure success by reducing preterm births, c-sections, NICU admissions, and maternal mortality.

Schedule

  • Full-time, remote role in the US.
  • Monday–Friday, 10am–6:30pm CT.
  • Occasional overtime hours as needed.

What You’ll Do

  • Make high-volume outbound calls to enroll patients into Pomelo Care services.
  • Educate patients about available clinical and social resources.
  • Document outreach activities accurately and on time.
  • Collaborate with providers and community organizations to support families.
  • Schedule appointments and manage follow-up care.
  • Handle inbound calls from prospective patients.

What You Need

  • Strong, empathetic verbal communication skills.
  • 1+ year of customer service or outreach enrollment experience preferred.
  • Motivated by goals, metrics, and bonus opportunities.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Comfortable working remotely with reliable internet access.
  • Familiarity with Medicaid health plans a plus.
  • Startup or high-volume call environment experience a plus.
