- Full-time, Monday–Friday
- Standard business hours (8:00 am – 5:30 pm CST)
- 100% remote (U.S.-based)
What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls to educate Medicare patients about care coordination programs
- Persuade and enroll patients by tailoring conversations to their health concerns and demographics
- Establish rapport quickly and communicate with empathy and clarity
- Consistently manage high call volumes, spending 80%+ of time on the phone
- Document patient interactions accurately with strong data entry skills
- Work collaboratively with teammates while taking ownership of individual performance
- Adapt messaging to showcase the benefits of the Chronic Care Management (CCM) program
What You Need
- Associate degree or higher
- Strong people skills and a natural ability to build trust over the phone
- Experience in a high-volume sales or outreach role with proven adaptability
- Ability to meet deadlines, hit metrics, and manage high call output
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Empathetic, patient-first mindset with a professional and warm phone presence
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Skype)
- U.S.-based and available during business hours
