Schedule

  • Full-time, 100% remote (US-based)
  • Monday to Friday
  • Business hours availability: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM CST
  • High phone time: 80%+ of your day on calls
  • Hourly pay plus incentive compensation (performance-based)

What You’ll Do
⦁ Make outbound calls from an assigned patient pool to educate patients on the care coordination program
⦁ Build rapport quickly and tailor messaging based on demographics, health concerns, and insurance
⦁ Explain program benefits clearly, concisely, and persuasively to drive enrollments
⦁ Maintain high call volume and consistently meet metrics and deadlines
⦁ Capture accurate notes and complete real-time data entry during patient conversations
⦁ Use empathy and patient-focused communication to support engagement and trust
⦁ Navigate multiple software platforms (Microsoft Office tools and internal systems) while multitasking
⦁ Contribute to a team environment and show leadership through consistency and results

What You Need
⦁ Strong people skills and warm, professional phone etiquette
⦁ Proven ability to perform in high-volume, metrics-driven phone or sales environments
⦁ Excellent communication skills, including the ability to be informative and influential without sounding scripted
⦁ Strong multitasking and data entry skills with high attention to detail
⦁ Empathy and a patient-first mindset, especially when discussing chronic conditions
⦁ Comfort using multiple software platforms (Outlook, Excel, Word, Skype, and similar tools)
⦁ Associate degree or higher
⦁ US-based and available during listed CST business hours
