What You’ll Do

  • Work an assigned patient pool and make outbound calls daily
  • Educate patients on a Medicare-sponsored care coordination program (CCM)
  • Build rapport quickly and tailor your message to demographics, health concerns, and insurance coverage
  • Persuade eligible patients to enroll while staying informative, empathetic, and professional
  • Maintain accurate notes and documentation during live calls
  • Enter data and manage follow up across multiple software platforms
  • Consistently hit call volume expectations and performance metrics
  • Collaborate within a team environment and contribute as a leader when needed

What You Need

  • Strong people skills and phone presence (warm, professional, clear)
  • Proven ability to perform in a high-volume, metrics-driven sales environment
  • Comfort spending 80%+ of the workday on calls
  • Ability to explain healthcare programs in a concise, influential, personable way
  • Empathy and patient-first communication style
  • Strong data entry skills and ability to multitask while on calls
  • Comfort using Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word) and Skype
  • Associate degree or higher
