What You’ll Do
- Work an assigned patient pool and make outbound calls daily
- Educate patients on a Medicare-sponsored care coordination program (CCM)
- Build rapport quickly and tailor your message to demographics, health concerns, and insurance coverage
- Persuade eligible patients to enroll while staying informative, empathetic, and professional
- Maintain accurate notes and documentation during live calls
- Enter data and manage follow up across multiple software platforms
- Consistently hit call volume expectations and performance metrics
- Collaborate within a team environment and contribute as a leader when needed
What You Need
- Strong people skills and phone presence (warm, professional, clear)
- Proven ability to perform in a high-volume, metrics-driven sales environment
- Comfort spending 80%+ of the workday on calls
- Ability to explain healthcare programs in a concise, influential, personable way
- Empathy and patient-first communication style
- Strong data entry skills and ability to multitask while on calls
- Comfort using Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word) and Skype
- Associate degree or higher
- US-based
- Able to sit for long periods and communicate/listen for extended stretches
