What You’ll Do
- Work from an assigned patient pool and make outbound calls to educate patients on the care program
- Persuade eligible patients to enroll by clearly explaining benefits and addressing concerns
- Build rapport quickly and tailor messaging based on demographics, health concerns, and insurance
- Maintain high activity levels, spending 80%+ of your time on the phone
- Enter accurate notes and data in real time while multitasking across systems
- Collaborate within a team environment while contributing leadership and strong energy
What You Need
- Strong people skills and patient-focused empathy
- High-volume sales or metrics-driven calling experience with ability to meet deadlines and targets
- Clear, concise, influential communication style with warm phone etiquette
- Strong data entry skills and ability to multitask
- Comfort using multiple software platforms (Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel, Word, Skype)
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Associate degree or higher
- US-based and available during required CST business hours
- Ability to sit for long periods and stay focused on calls for extended stretches
