What You’ll Do
- Prepare and submit EDI, ERA, and EFT applications through payer portals
- Investigate enrollment denials and errors, working directly with payers
- Review payer correspondence and take action for resolution
- Act as a liaison between the RCM and Strategy & Operations teams
- Maintain accurate enrollment records in Candid Health’s platform
- Communicate effectively with customers through email and phone
- Meet KPIs for productivity and quality while following HIPAA guidelines
What You Need
- At least 2 years of experience in revenue cycle management or healthcare/healthtech billing
- Experience with EDI enrollments; Change Healthcare experience a plus
- Strong problem-solving and investigative skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently
- Positive, collaborative attitude
