What You’ll Do

  • Serve as a Marketplace VIP / Enterprise Customer Service Representative for dealer clients in both recreational and commercial industries
  • Own customer resolution from first contact through to full resolution, ensuring prompt and accurate follow-up
  • Partner with the implementation team to support setup and onboarding for select dealer accounts
  • Respond to account change requests and handle day-to-day care and maintenance for dealer and client accounts from inception through retention
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and provide recommendations to resolve issues related to advertising performance and account usage
  • Manage cases, track issues, and document resolutions to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
  • Provide sales support by collaborating closely with sales teams to protect and grow key accounts
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through outbound service calls and emails
  • Research and resolve customer and consumer concerns quickly and professionally
  • Collaborate across teams and departments to drive solutions in a fast-paced environment

What You Need

  • High school diploma or equivalent (college-level coursework a plus)
  • 0–2 years of customer service experience (any industry)
  • Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office, Excel, and Google Suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, clear tone
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset
  • Solid analytical, time management, and organizational abilities
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, re-prioritize quickly, and stay focused in a fast-paced remote environment
  • Comfort working across teams and thinking on your feet to provide timely solutions
