Schedule

What You’ll Do

⦁ Provide technical support to customers and follow up on cases to ensure resolution
⦁ Document issues clearly and keep case notes accurate and complete
⦁ Troubleshoot step-by-step, ask the right questions, and guide customers through fixes
⦁ Maintain professionalism and patience while handling repetitive, high-volume support needs
⦁ Meet productivity and quality expectations while working independently from home

What You Need

⦁ Residence in an eligible hiring state (company restricts hiring by state)
⦁ A computer with a valid, native copy of Windows 11
⦁ USB headset and a webcam
⦁ At least one 15-inch or larger monitor
⦁ Internet speed of at least 2 Mbps download and 1 Mbps upload (Ethernet preferred)
⦁ Ability to type 40 WPM with 80% accuracy
⦁ Ability to sit for extended periods and perform repetitive computer-based work
⦁ Quiet, distraction-free workspace
⦁ Flexibility to work day or night shifts (with or without preference)
