*FL: $13/hr | *VA: $12.41/hr
What You’ll Do
- Provide tech support to customers via phone and online channels
- Troubleshoot issues and follow up on support cases
- Deliver clear, patient guidance while documenting solutions
- Use internal tools and workflows to assist customers efficiently
What You Need
- Up-to-date computer with Windows 11 or current macOS (Mac < 5 years old)
- USB headset, webcam, and 15-inch or larger monitor
- Stable internet connection (minimum 2 Mbps down / 1 Mbps up)
- Ability to type 40 WPM with 80 percent accuracy
- Quiet workspace and ability to sit for extended periods
