Our Enterprise Security Programs department is seeking a detail-oriented Executive Administrator to provide top-tier administrative support to its leadership team.


Schedule

  • Full-time, fully remote
  • Pay range: $23.15 – $26.00/hour (based on qualifications, experience, and internal equity)
  • Training provided remotely
  • Must work from a designated home office with company-provided technology
  • Internet requirement: Minimum 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to Enterprise Security leadership
  • Maintain complex calendars, schedule meetings, and resolve conflicts
  • Coordinate with internal and external attendees for meetings and events
  • Manage task assignments and follow up on action items
  • Prepare agendas, take meeting notes, and maintain action logs
  • Assist with travel arrangements, purchasing, and expense report submissions
  • Prepare documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and reports
  • Plan and coordinate virtual team-building events, offsite meetings, and celebrations
  • Assist with training material preparation and project documentation
  • Research and prepare project plans as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (high school diploma required if no degree)
  • 3+ years of executive-level administrative support, preferably in technology or security-related roles
  • Experience managing calendars, scheduling, and travel arrangements
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority assignments in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to track technical conversations and document meeting details accurately
