What’s a typical day as an Export Specialist? You’ll be:
• Liaising with distributors and Genpos
• Maintaining on-time delivery, shipment integrity, and reducing backorders and critical backorders
• Working with other internal groups to meet customer service expectations
• Providing weekly updates to Management on key efforts to achieve customer satisfaction
• Working on special projects such as Export Backorder and CBO management
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a BA/BS degree in Business or equivalent
• Have 2+ years of experience in export customer service or related field
• Are bilingual in Spanish
• Have proficiency in MS Office Suite – Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word
• Have proficiency in Business Objects reporting
• Have experience in international business
• Possess planning & organizing, communication & informing skills
