Schedule & Compensation

  • Part-time, remote position
  • $17/hour
  • Friday–Sunday, 10:30 PM–7:00 AM EST
  • Open to residents of: AZ, FL, GA, KY, MA, MD, MN, NC, NH, NJ, RI, TX, UT, or VA

What You’ll Do

  • Answer inbound calls and emails related to facilities management requests (e.g., office moves, plumbing issues, light bulb changes)
  • Assess the nature of the request and dispatch to the appropriate party for resolution
  • Ask targeted questions to troubleshoot issues and determine service needs
  • Document work orders, set turnaround expectations, and ensure timely reporting
  • Identify and communicate trends to leadership
  • Manage multiple requests, maintaining an average of 45 requests per day and 70–100 calls per shift
  • Follow established policies, efficiency standards, and accuracy requirements
  • Support multiple accounts using Circles/Sodexo systems and knowledge base

What You Need

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong customer service skills and professional phone presence
  • Call center (inbound) or helpdesk experience preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry
  • Excellent listening, multitasking, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work independently during overnight shifts
