What you will do:
- Provide exceptional customer support via calls, chats, and emails
- Send statements to customers by retrieving invoices from the system and sending them out
- Check for overdue invoices from the client’s customers.
- Build positive and long-lasting relationships with customers
- Meet team KPIs
- Securely work with customers’ sensitive information
- Apply the latest and greatest customer happiness practices
- Maintain working knowledge of our client’s products and services
What you need to succeed in this role:
- Excellent English skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written)
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of QuickBooks
- Experience in customer service
- Analytical and research skills
- Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
Will be a great plus:
- Dergee in accounting
- Experience with CRM systems
