What You’ll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, chat, or social media
- Deliver excellent service through active listening and empathy
- Handle sensitive financial information securely and professionally
- Aim to resolve issues on the first contact; escalate when appropriate
- Track call details for auditing and reporting purposes
- Provide feedback on recurring issues and customer needs
- Calmly de-escalate challenging situations
- Upsell services when required
What You’ll Bring
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
- At least 6 months of customer service experience
- Must be 18+ and type at least 25 WPM
- Comfortable with desktop computer systems and Windows OS
- Prior customer service and/or sales experience preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stay composed under pressure and prioritize effectively
Work From Home Requirements

- Proof of speed required
