Responsibilities
What you will do:
- Processes client transaction requests and reviews transactions for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to all internal and external regulations. (Ex: checks, withdrawals, changes to accounts)
- Partners with Vanguard Associates in working through complex processing issues to ensure timely completion.
- Develops a working knowledge of Vanguard’s processing systems, group policies and procedures.
- Communicates with Vanguard clients through outbound calls and written correspondence to clarify incomplete or invalid paperwork.
- Understands and complies with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) guidelines, and Vanguard’s internal policies regarding client contact.
- Maintains department standards for quality and productivity.
- Works collaboratively with peers and management in a team environment.
- Meets with Manager to discuss performance, business trends and issues impacting the Processing team.
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Business related education and.or experience
- Comfortable working in high volume situations with time constraints
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and PCs
- Must be able to work HYBRID schedule during training (3 days in office/ 2days from home) once training is complete will work remote.
