What You’ll Do
- Manage fraud and dispute cases, ensuring accurate resolutions.
- Apply risk and dispute-related policies and regulatory standards.
- Review data, documentation, and third-party sources to assess cases.
- Conduct outbound calls and emails with customers and merchants to gather information.
- Advocate for impacted customers with empathy and professionalism.
- Drive cases to resolution while meeting workflow deadlines and improving processes.
What You Bring
- 1+ year of professional experience requiring research, problem-solving, and decision-making (fraud/disputes experience preferred).
- Strong communication and customer-focused mindset.
- Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and curiosity.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using multiple systems simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively.
- Organized, adaptable, and open to feedback.
Work Location
- 100% remote for residents of AR, AZ, FL, GA, MO, NC, SC, TN, TX, UT, or VA.
- Must have a quiet, distraction-free workspace and reliable internet (80 Mbps down / 8 Mbps up).
Schedule
- Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM ET
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $18.50 – $20.06/hour
- Monthly wellness stipend: $100
- Internet stipend: $40
