Title: Gaming – Tier 2 – Advanced Support
Location: Remote – Philippines

Our Mods bring super skills, a positive attitude, and a great vibe to project work every day. Mods assist and guide customers to the right answers, solve concerns and are the GPS for customers to understand and optimize the best use of a client’s product or services. Project gigs are available now and more are on the horizon.
Our role is to oversee the back-end administrative side, check for and fix errors, and escalate things that require further support. In doing so, this will help the client’s site users be able to access their accounts and give money to charity!
Hourly Rate:
To be discussed in the interview phase
Commitment:
25 hours per week
90 days (as needed)
Responsibilities:
- Answer technical questions
- Direct community members to relevant existing client documentation and resources
- Identify and escalate high-impact questions to request answers and more in-depth explanations from the client
- Monitor and log trending issues shared by the community
WorkSpace Requirements:
- Passionate about gaming & gaming communities
- Game Dev & Unreal Engine experience & knowledge
- Excellent written communication
- Strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated
- Personable
- Ability to follow client guidelines while remaining objective
- Reliable & flexible with scheduling is a must!
