Work From Home Requirements:
- You must provide your own equipment. Must be MacBook or Windows 10 or higher Operating System. You must have a WebCam and a Headset.
- Dedicated, private room in your home that is quiet during work hours
- Internet connection of 50 MB or more, which is hard-wired (Ethernet-connected) from the modem to your company PC
- We will provide all computer equipment

Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls regarding services, accounts, and troubleshooting
- Deliver an outstanding customer service experience
- Soft up-selling of services and goods
- Utilize multiple systems while speaking with customers
- Comply with all operational policies and procedures
- A high degree of accuracy with all work and exceptional attention to detail
Scheduling Requirements:
We are looking for people who are willing to work mornings, evenings, and/or nights so we have many shifts available!
