Description
The Group Air Agent will focus on group air travel reservations for ADTRAV. They will be responsible for organizing, booking, ticketing and generating reports for multiple groups simultaneous. They will also act as the liaison for multiple group accounts and be responsible for negotiating group air contracts and discounts. This position is a virtual position and top producers in this role are eligible for quarterly bonuses based on productivity.
Major Responsibilities/Activities:
- Book and ticket air travel for groups up to 4000 passengers which include organizing manifests, booking, ticketing, reporting and making changes as needed.
- Organize group travel for corporate incentive, leisure and government clients.
- Research and coordinate airline contracts.
- Liaison for all group air accounts.
- Manage group blocks, attrition and utilization.
- Travel onsite with clients during meetings to assist with check-in, manifest management, and travel change requests as needed.
- Follow up with clients regarding travel plans and make adjustments as needed.

Education Requirements:
- Travel Agent Certification preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a group booking and ticketing agent
