Schedule
- Full-time, remote (available anywhere in Canada)
- Shifts may include evenings and weekends; schedule varies weekly
What You’ll Do
- Deliver accurate, courteous, and professional service to members, advisors, plan administrators, and healthcare providers
- Handle inquiries across insurance policies, claims, digital platforms, and processes
- Take ownership of client interactions from start to finish, ensuring resolution
- Support claim processing with a “one call resolution” approach
- Document exceptions and escalations with clear detail for internal stakeholders
- Apply training across multiple processes, products, and initiatives
What You Need
- Bilingual fluency in French and English (verbal and written)
- Strong communication, empathy, and active listening skills
- Ability to analyze, prioritize, and balance multiple tasks
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Proficiency navigating multiple screens/programs at once
- College or university education preferred
- Previous customer service experience in a high-pressure setting is an asset
