About the Role

This role will manage a team of inbound and outbound development reps (clinical and sales), whose roles are to connect with potential patients and schedule them for appointments with our registered dietitians to help them along their well-being journey. Your job will be to manage a team of 10-15 reps, recruit, and train the reps so that they hit various performance metrics like dials per appointment, show rates, and call quality. You will be responsible for defining and reporting on weekly metrics for both inbound and outbound quality management. Furthermore, you will also be responsible for managing any outsourced resources so they deliver quality outcomes and ROI as well. You will be responsible for script development and testing that maximizes patient conversions (number of dietitian visits scheduled).

Required Skills

  • Proven success recruiting, training, and performance managing reps
  • A demonstrated history of managing to key performance indicators and an understanding of the levers that go into improving them
  • Management and call coaching experience for internal and external resources
  • Experience and comfort with cold calling
  • Experience writing consumer oriented scripts that create results
  • Familiarity with the health insurance and healthcare spaces
  • Deep understanding of regulations related to telemarketing
  • Experience implementing and managing technology and integrations
  • Experience and knowledge of healthy eating practices or experience working with registered dietitians
  • Prior experience using CRMs to collect data and manage reporting
  • Experience using email cadence software or sales acceleration tools
