Schedule
- Paid training: starts Monday, Sept 22, 2025 (4–5 weeks, attendance required, product exam at end)
- Training hours: 9 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. ET (time zone adjusted)
- Regular shift: 11:30 a.m. – 8 p.m. ET (time zone adjusted)
- Some Saturdays required: 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. ET
- Remote, home-based role (equipment provided)
- Must reside in: AL, AZ, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, MI, MN, MO, NC, NE, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, or WV
What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound calls (up to 50/day) to support accountholders with FSAs, HSAs, COBRA, and related plans
- Provide clear, empathetic education on healthcare reimbursement accounts
- Assist with online tools and mobile app navigation for claims, balances, and account actions
- Resolve issues independently while meeting service and compliance standards
- Cross-train into chat, email, or text support as needed
- Protect sensitive information and adhere to quality assurance guidelines
What You Need
- 2+ years customer service experience
- 2+ years call center experience
- Strong computer navigation and system learning skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to de-escalate and resolve member issues independently
- Basic knowledge of medical/reimbursement terminology preferred
- Ability to work required schedule and occasional overtime
- Quiet, distraction-free home office with wired internet (100+ Mbps download / 20+ Mbps upload)
