Schedule

  • Full-time, Remote (USA)
  • Starting pay: $21.64/hour
  • 8- or 10-hour shifts, primarily 1st and 2nd shifts
  • Includes at least one weekend day

What You’ll Do

  • Monitor a high volume of medical alert alarms with accuracy and empathy
  • Assess alerts, determine priorities, and coordinate next steps following protocols
  • Contact patients, caregivers, and emergency services when required
  • Manage inbound calls, provide support, and troubleshoot device issues
  • Verify patient data and maintain accurate records in secure systems
  • Assist with new client enrollment and ongoing support
  • Collaborate with case managers and home service representatives
  • Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients and healthcare teams

What You Need

  • High School Diploma required; LPN, CNA, or Medical Assistant certification preferred
  • 2+ years of healthcare or medical experience
  • Call center or monitoring experience a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Positive attitude, self-motivation, and ability to work independently or on teams
