- 100% remote
- Full-time role
- Start date: Monday, October 6, 2025
- Training & nesting: 5 weeks, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM EST
- Assigned shift after training: Monday–Friday, 11:30 AM–8:00 PM EST
What You’ll Do
- Manage 60–65 inbound calls daily from patients, providers, and referral sources
- Assist with healthcare service requests, status inquiries, and registration for medical supplies and equipment
- Use multiple applications and dual monitors to handle requests efficiently
- Ensure calls meet quality, compliance, and performance standards
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of customer service in a call center
- 1+ year of healthcare experience with medical terminology
- Strong multitasking and PC skills (dual monitors, Microsoft Office, 30 WPM typing)
- Ability to pass the SHL Customer Service Phone Simulation Assessment
- Empathy, patience, and strong attention to detail
