What You’ll Do
- Handle high-volume inbound calls from patients regarding bills, EOBs, and payment plans.
- Resolve patient billing inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
- Accurately input data and maintain records using Microsoft Office tools.
What You Need
- Prior customer service and call center experience.
- Knowledge of medical insurance/billing (preferred).
- Strong data entry skills with speed and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask between calls and tasks effectively.
