Schedule
- Full-time, remote work-from-home role
- Training and ongoing coaching provided
- Must be able to adhere to assigned schedules and duties
What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls to patients, members, and customers to schedule preventative screenings and healthcare appointments
- Conduct welcome calls and assist patients with benefits and insurance questions
- Perform outreach to assess risk factors and schedule high-priority appointments
- Conduct surveys and patient satisfaction outreach
- Provide compassionate support that helps patients make informed healthcare decisions
- Ensure accurate data entry and maintain confidentiality in handling patient information
What You’ll Need
- High School Diploma or GED (required, will be verified)
- Strong computer skills (data entry, screen navigation, keyboarding)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Word
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated compassion, patience, and customer service skills
- Ability to provide two monitors (22” minimum) with HDMI and Display ports
- Quiet, professional home workspace with reliable internet
