Schedule
- Full-time, remote position
- Must reside in Tennessee

What You’ll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media
- De-escalate issues calmly and escalate when needed
- Process requests, assist with payments, and document interactions
- Provide feedback on call trends and suggest improvements
- Upsell products or services when required
What You Need
- At least 6 months of customer service experience preferred
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to type 25+ WPM and navigate Windows systems
- Organized, logical problem-solver with attention to detail
- Must meet work-from-home internet requirements (15 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload, no hotspots or satellite)
