Schedule
- Full-time, remote role
- Day shifts, Monday–Friday (may vary by assignment)
- Available only in the following states: AL, AR, FL, GA, ID, IA, KS, MD, MI, MO, NE, NC, OK, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WV
- Paid training provided
- Must have a private home office with direct broadband internet (minimum 10 Mbps download / 3 Mbps upload)
What You’ll Do
- Assist customers with product or service concerns in healthcare settings
- Document call details for auditing and reporting
- Update and maintain customer account information
- Upsell existing customers on new or enhanced services
What You Need
- High School Diploma or GED
- Customer service experience preferred
- Healthcare background is a plus
- Strong computer navigation skills; familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Excellent oral/written communication and listening skills
- Professional, customer-focused, and detail-oriented
Work Environment
- Remote home-based position
- Alorica provides required equipment (may include webcam)
- Direct internet connection required (DSL or Cable only; no satellite or wireless)
