Schedule

  • Full-time, remote role
  • Day shifts, Monday–Friday (may vary by assignment)
  • Available only in the following states: AL, AR, FL, GA, ID, IA, KS, MD, MI, MO, NE, NC, OK, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WV
  • Paid training provided
  • Must have a private home office with direct broadband internet (minimum 10 Mbps download / 3 Mbps upload)

What You’ll Do

  • Assist customers with product or service concerns in healthcare settings
  • Document call details for auditing and reporting
  • Update and maintain customer account information
  • Upsell existing customers on new or enhanced services

What You Need

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Healthcare background is a plus
  • Strong computer navigation skills; familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Excellent oral/written communication and listening skills
  • Professional, customer-focused, and detail-oriented

Work Environment

  • Remote home-based position
  • Alorica provides required equipment (may include webcam)
  • Direct internet connection required (DSL or Cable only; no satellite or wireless)
