What You’ll Do

  • Field healthcare-related inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media
  • Resolve customer concerns calmly and effectively, escalating when needed
  • Assist with account questions, requests, and payment processing
  • Document all interactions for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Provide feedback on common issues and trends
  • Upsell services when appropriate

What You’ll Need

  • High School Diploma (college degree a plus)
  • At least 6 months of customer service experience
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Ability to type 25+ words per minute
  • Comfort with Windows-based desktop systems
  • Age 18 or older
  • Customer service and/or sales background preferred
