What You’ll Do
- Field healthcare-related inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media
- Resolve customer concerns calmly and effectively, escalating when needed
- Assist with account questions, requests, and payment processing
- Document all interactions for auditing and reporting purposes
- Provide feedback on common issues and trends
- Upsell services when appropriate
What You’ll Need
- High School Diploma (college degree a plus)
- At least 6 months of customer service experience
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Ability to type 25+ words per minute
- Comfort with Windows-based desktop systems
- Age 18 or older
- Customer service and/or sales background preferred

Work-from-Home Requirements
