What You’ll Do

  • Field inbound calls, emails, chats, and social media messages to assist customers with healthcare-related inquiries
  • Provide clear, empathetic, and professional service to resolve issues or escalate when necessary
  • De-escalate challenging situations and maintain professionalism under pressure
  • Process payments and requests accurately
  • Track call details for auditing and reporting
  • Share feedback to improve service delivery
  • Upsell services when required

What You’ll Bring

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (college a plus)
  • At least 6 months of customer service experience
  • Must be 18+ with strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to type at least 25 WPM
  • Comfortable with desktop computer systems and Windows-based programs
  • Customer service or sales background preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to adapt to evolving policies and shifts

Work From Home Requirements
