Schedule
- Full-time, remote position

- Work-at-home setup required with wired internet connection
What You’ll Do
- Assist customers with questions, concerns, and service issues
- Document call details for reporting and compliance
- Maintain and update customer records
- Provide product information and upsell enhanced services
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong computer navigation skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Professional, courteous, and customer-focused
