Schedule

What You’ll Do

  • Assist customers with questions, concerns, and service issues
  • Document call details for reporting and compliance
  • Maintain and update customer records
  • Provide product information and upsell enhanced services

What You Need

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Strong computer navigation skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Professional, courteous, and customer-focused
