What You’ll Do

  • Guide customers through questions or challenges while using the product or service
  • Listen actively to identify the root issue and provide clear solutions
  • Record detailed call notes for auditing, reporting, and follow-ups
  • Maintain and update customer records to keep information accurate
  • Identify opportunities to introduce new or enhanced services that fit customer needs
  • Offer recommendations that improve the overall customer experience

What You Need

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 6+ months of customer service or sales experience preferred
  • Comfort using company-issued equipment (webcam may apply)
  • Wired broadband internet (DSL or cable only, no satellite/dial-up/wireless 5G)
  • Hardwired connection with proof of minimum speeds: 10 Mbps download and 3 Mbps upload
  • Calm, people-first communication and detail accuracy
