What You’ll Do

  • Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, or social media to address questions and concerns
  • Resolve and de-escalate issues with professionalism and empathy
  • Escalate cases when necessary and follow up as required
  • Process requests for assistance and payments
  • Track call-related data for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Provide feedback on recurring call issues
  • Upsell products or services when required

What You Need

  • 6+ months of customer service experience preferred
  • Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED
  • Ability to type at least 30 WPM
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Logical problem-solving abilities and organizational skills
  • Comfort navigating Windows-based computer systems
  • Reliable internet connection meeting the following:
    • Download speed ≥ 30 Mbps
    • Upload speed ≥ 10 Mbps
    • Ping under 50ms, no packet loss
    • No satellite, mobile data, P2P, or VPN connections
  • Quiet, distraction-free workspace
