What You’ll Do
- Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, or social media to address questions and concerns
- Resolve and de-escalate issues with professionalism and empathy
- Escalate cases when necessary and follow up as required
- Process requests for assistance and payments
- Track call-related data for auditing and reporting purposes
- Provide feedback on recurring call issues
- Upsell products or services when required
What You Need
- 6+ months of customer service experience preferred
- Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED
- Ability to type at least 30 WPM
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Logical problem-solving abilities and organizational skills
- Comfort navigating Windows-based computer systems
- Reliable internet connection meeting the following:
- Download speed ≥ 30 Mbps
- Upload speed ≥ 10 Mbps
- Ping under 50ms, no packet loss
- No satellite, mobile data, P2P, or VPN connections
- Quiet, distraction-free workspace
